What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN Med/Surg PRN Sacred Heart Hospital position at St. Mary's Health Care System?
LOCATION - LAVONIA GEORGIA
A LPN Practical Nurse carries out routine patient care assignments, performs venipuncture, and administers fluids and certain approved drugs intravenously, functions competently as a Primary Nurse, and contributes to the initiation implementation, and evaluation of the nursing process under direct supervision.
II. Position Requirements:
Licensure/ Certification /Registration: Current license to practice as a Practical Nurse in the State of Georgia. Current BLS
B. Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program.
Experience: Experience Preferred.
