JOB SUMMARY
The Nurse Unit Manager at St. Mary's d'Youville Pavilion is responsible for managing the administration and clinical operations of a patient / resident care unit. They will be responsible for the supervision of all unit staff, including : nurses, nursing assistants, support staff and unit secretaries. They will plan, organize, coordinate, evaluate and control all human and material resources of the unit. He / She will be required to be able to provide direct patient care.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education : n\n \n\t
- Associate Degree in Nursing required, Bachelors preferred
- Valid State of Maine RN license required
- BLS certification required
