Job DetailsThe Registered Nurse in the Emergency Psych Services department is an essential member of the patient care team, responsible for direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process in all assigned areas.In this role, the RN will be responsible for developing and periodically updating individualized, interdisciplinary plans of care, evaluating patient outcomes, and identifying available resources for patients.St. Mary's Regional Medical Center is one of New England's most comprehensive behavioral healthcare facilities.
Job Requirements2-Year Associates degree requiredValid State of Maine RN licenseAt least 1 year previous experience in mental health nursing RequiredCPI training must be current prior to startExcellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills requiredExcellent team playerAbility to manage stress appropriately and make decisions under pressureFlexibility required to provide coverage 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.
