Shift: Rotating shifts * 5 positions
Hours Per Week: 36 hours
Hiring Range : $34.68- $45.09
The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
Responsibilities:
Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
Coordinates with all disciplines for well coordinated patient care under the oversight of the primary RN.
Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. Must be able to speak, read, write and follow instructions in English.
Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required within 6 months of Date of Hire.
Complexity of Work:
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.
Personal Protective Equipment:
Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
Salary : $35 - $45
