The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership : Leading and supervising a team of field service technicians, assigning tasks, and delegating work based on skillsets and availability.
Scheduling and Dispatching : Coordinating service call schedules, assigning technicians to jobs, and ensuring timely response to requests.
Quality Control: Monitoring the quality of work performed by technicians, ensuring adherence to
company standards and procedures.
Customer Service : Addressing concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Performance Management : Evaluating technician performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing coaching and training.
Technical Expertise : Providing technical support to technicians on complex issues, troubleshooting problems, and staying updated on product knowledge across multiple disciplines.
Reporting and Analysis: Tracking key performance metrics, generating reports on field operations, and
identifying areas for optimization.
Compliance : Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies during field operations
Education, Training & Experience: High school diploma or GED plus a minimum of six (6) years relevant
experience required.
Bachelor's degree in Information Services plus four (4) years related
experience preferred.
Certifications / Licensure Valid New York State Driver's License required.
