What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN/LPN Unit Manager position at St. Mary's Nursing and Rehabilitation Center?
Are you looking for an amazing work team to be part of then look no further! St. Mary's Nursing & Rehabilitation Center has an immediate opening for a Nurse Unit Manager (RN or LPN). In this position you will supervise day-to-day nursing activities on the unit to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained in accordance with guidelines and regulations that govern our facility. On the job training will be provided.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Maryland Nursing license (RN preferred)
- Long-term care and management experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and good documentation and time management skills.
Must be able to
- Work a full-time day shift with On-Call
