LPN FLOAT POOL PRN

Position Summary:
- Performs the functions of LPN in implementing and evaluating nursing care for all assigned patient care in collaboration with a registered nurse.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Participates in the modification of the plan of care by collaborating with other members of the multidisciplinary team with consideration of the developmental needs of the patient.
- Participates in the evaluation of the patient’s response to interventions based upon predicted outcome.
- Reassesses the patient as defined in the Nursing Standards of Care Policy and modifies the plan of care as needed.
- Contributes to the assessment of the patient by conducting focused assessments of the patient.

Qualifications
Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) Job Requirements:
- Current LPN license from the State of Oklahoma required.
- Current BLS required.
- One (1) year full or part time (greater than 20 hours per week) hospital-based experience required.
