Position Summary:
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist with activities of daily living i.e., bathing, skin care, dressing, feeding, ambulating, transporting, and bed changing.
- Take and record vital signs and I&O’s, apply ice bags, aqua K pads, and maintain continuous bladder irrigations.
- Report all unusual conditions or reactions to nurse in charge.
- Answer lights promptly, collect food trays, and respond to patient wants and needs.
- Complete or review worksheet of assignments for patient care within 30 minutes of shift change.

About Universal Health Services
Requirements:
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
Current Oklahoma Certified Nurse Aide license.
BLS is required prior to beginning orientation or working on a floor.
Experience preferred.
Basic computer skills required.
