Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
• Ensure all baked goods meet quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized bakery station, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory management and ensure ingredients are stocked and properly stored.
• Collaborate with the grocery store team to ensure customer satisfaction and product availability.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about our baked goods and offering suggestions.
• Maintain consistency in recipes and ensure products are made on time for daily sales.

Qualifications:

• Previous baking experience, preferably in a grocery store or bakery setting.
• Knowledge of baking techniques, including dough preparation, icing, and decorating.
• Ability to follow recipes and ensure quality control.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for baking.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
