We are seeking a Certified Nursing Professional to join our team at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our residents and other care providers to create a safe and comfortable therapeutic environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to work flexibly to cover 24 hours/day, 7 days per week. You will also be required to float to other units as needed.

About Our Units
Our 3 East unit specializes in caring for residents with Alzheimer's and dementia, while our Transitional Rehabilitation Unit provides short-term skilled nursing and rehab services. As a Certified Nursing Professional on our team, you will have the opportunity to work with both of these units and gain valuable experience in a variety of settings.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure that all residents receive high-quality care. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with families and staff members.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have an Associate's degree in Nursing, a valid State of Maine or compact RN license, and at least 1-3 years of previous RN experience. Medical terminology is preferred, but not required.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including up to 16 hours of unpaid orientation. We also require candidates to reside outside of a 50-mile radius from the facility.
