Certification Details BLS ARRT Job Details The Nuclear Medicine Technologist will perform general duties in Nuclear Medicine : technical and operational procedures, equipment troubleshooting, patient care, and imaging study performance, including injections, administering radiopharmaceuticals, assisting with the training of other staff, inventory control, and patient scheduling. It also ensures compliance with regulatory agency requirements concerning Nuclear Medicine. Job Requirements Graduate of approved AMA School of Radiology and NMTCB-approved School of Nuclear Medicine Valid State of Maine license required National registration with ARRT is required Must fulfill mandatory CEU requirements 1-year previous experience preferred Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills required Ability to rotate to off-site imaging locations Phlebotomy as required Schedule Information Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid St. Mary's has the right to cancel up to 3 shifts per 13 week contract Additional Details Candidates with licensure hits will not be considered.
