Responsibilities
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to toddlers' developmental needs.
- Manage classroom behavior and foster a positive learning environment.
- Provide attentive childcare and ensure the safety and well-being of each child.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance curriculum and teaching strategies.
- Assess and monitor individual student progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
