Start date: August 25, 2025
FTE: approximately 0.31854 - 12 hours/week additional Bright Beginnings planning and team time.
Contract School Year Length: 186 days (plus 2 days of new teacher orientation for new-to-district teachers, the week prior to August 25, 2025)
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in education and required teaching certificate in related area(s) of instruction as required by the State of Minnesota, specific content knowledge, training or job experience required before appointment, and successful student teaching.
Salary & Benefits
Salary range listed ($14,786-$31,263) is based on the collective bargaining agreement for 2024-2025 school year, the 2025-2026 collective bargaining agreement has yet to be negotiated. For more information, please see the Certified Master Contract 2023-2025. No benefit eligibilty, other than Earned Safe and Sick Time (ESST) as provided by law and approximately 5 hours of personal leave (pro rate of 16 hours for 1.0 FTE). Final FTE, Salary, and personal leave calculation TBD based on final enrollment and calendar/planning times, etc., normally determined in late May.
