Le Bar isn’t your typical watering hole — we're a full bar nestled on the second level of the St. Michael Cinema, where Parisian vibes meet blockbuster crowds. This is a unique gig: some nights you're pouring drinks in a whirlwind of concert-goers and movie fans, and other nights you're chatting with regulars in the calm before the next big release.
We’re looking for a bartender who’s fast on their feet, loves people, and thrives in a rhythm that’s anything but boring.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Slinging drinks during pre-show rushes
- Mixing great cocktails, pulling perfect pints, and delivering awesome customer service
- Chatting with regulars and creating a fun, welcoming vibe even on slow days
- Managing downtime like a pro (cleaning, stocking, or just connecting with guests)
What We’re Looking For:
- Bartending experience preferred but not required (we can train the right personality)
- Someone who’s adaptable — we go from zero to full throttle depending on movie releases and weather
- A people person who enjoys chatting and building relationships with locals
- Must be 18 and able to obtain any required alcohol serving permits
The Fine Print (but important!):
- The cinema is a 365-day-a-year business — nights, weekends, and holidays are part of the gig
- BUT we don’t do 2am closings like typical bars — we wrap up earlier, so you still get your nights back
