Job Summary:
This position supports the day-to-day operational and logistical delivery of the JTL Program training. The Training Logistics Coordinator ensures all materials, equipment, facilities, and schedules are in place for successful delivery.
Job Description:
- Set up training spaces and A/V for weekly in-person sessions
- Print and distribute training materials, books, evaluations, and name tents
- Coordinate travel support for Tier III Capstone Week in Washington, DC
- Manage participant logistics (e.g., plaque distribution, graduation week planning)
- Track materials delivered to COR and participants
Education, Experience & Certification Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Associate Degree minimum
- 2 years of experience in administrative/logistics roles (federal or training event background preferred)
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills
- Must complete AT Level I and OPSEC Level I training (online)
- Familiar with federal facilities and security access protocols
