Behavioral Supports Supervisor

We are seeking a Master Level Behavioral Specialistwith management experience to fill the role of Behavioral Support Supervisor and lead our Behavioral Support Department. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who is passionate about making a meaningful impact through effective behavioral interventions and team leadership.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Behavioral Support Supervisor will oversee all aspects of our behavioral support services ensuring best practices in behavioral management, staff training, and compliance with state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral analysis, program development, and staff supervision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage the Behavioral Support Department, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Supervise and mentor behavior specialist, providing ongoing training and and professional development.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral support plans.
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and analyze data to guide interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and community partners.
• Insure compliance with all relevant state regulations and standards.
• Assist with intervention and provide guidance on best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Social Work, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and crisis management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
