LOCATION

WHO YOU ARE
- Active SECRET (or higher) clearance
- Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Management/Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science or field directly related to the position
- Professional Certification of one of the following: Certified Public Accountant (CPA); Certified Internal Auditor (CIA); Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA); Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM); Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM); Project Management Professional (PMP); or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
- 10 years of experience with federal financial management
- 4 years of federal accounting experience
- Strong background in internal controls and/or ITGC
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% based on Client requirements
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend business process sprints and provide subject matter expertise regarding SAP IT security control design.
- Experience performing SAP analyses utilizing an internal Risk Navigator tool, including: a. SOD Rulesets b. Role Design c. ITGC configurations d. Application Controls e. Emergency Access.
- Provide expertise on modules/applications/tools to support S4/HANA On-premises IT security (authentication, SIEM, interface file processing, audit logging, etc.)
- Identify IT control gaps in DOD legacy systems that would impact auditability and compliance; make recommendations for future state control design.
