St. Michael's is hiring a Senior Financial and Policy Analyst to support a high-profile Department of Defense (DoD) client. In this client-facing role, you'll apply your expertise in DoD and Army financial management to drive success in a fast-paced environment, supporting audit success and contributing to mission-critical financial operations. Strong communication skills and the ability to leverage technology to enhance deliverables are essential.

LOCATION
Crystal City, VA
WHO YOU ARE
- Active SECRET (or higher) clearance
- Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Management / Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science or field directly related to the position
- Professional Certification of one of the following : Certified Public Accountant (CPA); Certified Internal Auditor (CIA); Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA); Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM); Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM); Project Management Professional (PMP); or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
- 10 years of experience with federal financial management
- 4 years of federal accounting experience
- Operational knowledge on financial accounting programs such as Advana, Dormant Account Review - Quarterly, GFEBS, GFEBS-SA, and GCSS-Army
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% based on Client requirements
