Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated cabinetmaker with strong self-scheduling skills. A plus would be finishing skills, computer skills, CNC machine operation knowledge or a willingness to learn. You will be working on cabinetry and ensuring projects are completed and delivered on time and to high quality standards. If you are a skilled cabinetmaker and have worked with with an eye for detail and a passion for woodworking, we want you to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Efficient use of resources, tools, and equipment
- Schedule and prioritize projects, taking into account deadlines, resources, and client requirements
- Create, read, and interpret detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Collaborate with sale/design to ensure accurate project execution
- Train and mentor junior cabinetmakers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop, adhering to all safety protocols
- Continually evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to ensure project success
- A plus would be finishing/spray finishing
- A plus would be to utilize CNC machinery to produce high-quality custom cabinetry and woodworking components
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in custom cabinetmaking or woodworking
- Strong knowledge of cabinetmaking techniques, materials, and tools
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality and precise work
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative work environment
- Some proficiency at computer
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

There is a 90 day probationary period.
