As a part of our professional cleaning team you would be servicing clients in the following ways:
- Willingness to learn all aspects of the Site Managers position for possible promotion
- Weekend Opener/Trash Porter
- Light Plumbing
- Light Electrical
- Light HVAC
- Light Appliance Repair
- Painting/Wall Repairs
- Janitorial Duties as Needed
- Attention to detail
- Self Motivated
- Effectively communicating and informing other team members of needs & issues
- Possessing a Valid Driver's License
- Keeping cleaning equipment operational by following manufacturer's operating and care guidelines; completing operartor repairs and parts replacement
- Maintaining a safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
- Maintaining continuity between shifts by documenting cleaning
