St. Norbert College (SNC), a nationally ranked private Catholic liberal arts institution, seeks an Admission Counselor. This position is responsible for recruiting first-year students within an assigned territory, determined based on the counselor's qualifications and designated by the Dean of Enrollment.
Specific responsibilities :
- Serve as territory manager and conduct recruitment activities designed to attract prospective students. Conduct admission interviews and assist in the application review process. Provide individual and group presentations, both on and off-campus.
- Utilize telemarketing, social media and e-communication techniques to enhance and maintain a student's level of interest in the College.
- Maintain accurate reports and records pertaining to high school visits, contacts, file review, group contacts, and year-end analysis. Evaluate effectiveness of programs and group visits to make appropriate changes.
- Assist the communication staff with recruitment messaging to prospective students.
