St. Norbert College (SNC), a nationally-ranked, private, Catholic, liberal arts college is seeking a Game Day Operations Graduate Assistant. This is a two-year position and reports to the Director of Game Day Operations / Equipment Manager. The individual is expected to follow all NCAA, Conference, and College policies. Acceptance into the St. Norbert MBA program is required. A stipend and housing are provided. The start date is June 1, 2025.
Specific Responsibilities :
- Assist the equipment manager in all areas of equipment management such as daily management operations of equipment rooms; overseeing preparation, distribution, and return of uniforms, apparel, and athletic equipment; laundry, assisting in protective equipment fittings, setting up facilities for home athletic events, building and processing orders, and keeping track of inventory.
- Assist with game day management including the hiring, management, and scheduling of student workers. Serve as a game day manager for select home contests. Includes event set-up, management, and tear-down.
- Assist with concession management which includes product orders, inventory, event staffing, etc.
- Manage the visiting team visitor guide process which includes creating and disseminating promptly.
- Assist each program with ordering products within the established ordering cycle.
Supervision Exercised Over :
1-3 student workers.

Working Conditions :
The position involves work at competition / practice venues and on-campus, often requiring weekends, early mornings, and evenings, with regular travel expected.
