Description of the Position: (Purpose of the Position):
The Psychology Office Assistant works with a team of other office assistants from the Natural Sciences to support the NSM AAAs with general office and project management.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Put up new posters; take down old ones Regularly inventory workroom supplies
Post seminar and other flyers on Tightrope Photocopy/Scan as assigned
General office workroom management Update Alumni database
Retrieve and deliver department mail Large Format poster printing
Campus errands Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: (Education/Experience/Skills)
Skilled in Google Docs/Sheets/Drive Dependable and punctual
Ability to maintain confidentiality Experience with large format printing
Able to work with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills
