Description of the Position : (Purpose of the Position) :
Assist ensemble conductor with various tasks pertaining to the ensemble.
Transferable Skills :
Organization, communication, diligence
Duties and Responsibilities :
Communicate with ensemble(s) on behalf of the conductor, assist in producing concert programs including program notes, assist with ensemble attendance, track prospective student emails, and other administrative duties assigned by the conductor.
Qualifications : (Education / Experience / Skills)
Understanding of music ensembles.
Clear and professional communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Dependability.
Competency with Google Forms, Docs, Sheets, etc.
High ethical standards in handling communication with fellow and prospective students.
Patience and a sense of humor very helpful.
