Pay Rate : Specialized CBWS Hourly Rate ($16.50 / hour). This pay rate aligns with the pay scale for Fair Opportunity Project and is subject to an annual wage increase.
IMPORTANT : STUDENTS MUST HAVE A STATE OR FEDERAL WORK AWARD TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR COMMUNITY BASED WORK STUDY (CBWS) POSITIONS. Student CBWS work eligibility is subject to change due to work award re-determinations over the summer. This means even students who were a chosen applicant for the position may be ineligible to work if they do not have a state / federal work award come Fall 2025. Position Description :
As a Marketing Assistant, you will support Fair Opportunity Project's mission by expanding awareness of our resources, increasing engagement across digital platforms, and helping to develop strategic marketing initiatives. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in nonprofit marketing while working alongside a team passionate about educational equity.
