What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospital Homeless Service Coordinator position at St. Patrick Center?
The Position:
St. Patrick Center, a ministry of Catholic Charities, is hiring a Hospital Homeless Service Coordinator as part of the Hospital to Housing (H2H) team. This Coordinator will be working in both hospital and community settings to engage homeless and housing-insecure patients to identify and secure services for their physical, behavioral, and basic needs outside of emergency medical services. The salary for this position is between $40,000 to $50,000 per year. The core working hours for this position are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
