What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mental Health Specialist - ACT position at St. Patrick Center?
The Position:
St. Patrick Center, a ministry of Catholic Charities, is hiring a Mental Health Specialist as part of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. This specialist will provide treatment, rehabilitation, advocacy, and case management services to program clients with serious, persistent mental illnesses and co-occurring substance use disorders. This specialist will also provide a-centered approach to direct clients to resources. As part of the ACT team, the specialist will act as an advocate and liaison while consulting with community agencies and program clients. The core working hours of this position are Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. The salary range is between $40,000 and $50,000 a year.
