The Position:
St. Patrick Center, a ministry of Catholic Charities, is seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily operations at Harmony Village. In this pivotal role, you will manage staff scheduling, facilitate client onboarding, ensure apartment readiness, and maintain our facility to the highest standards. You will also engage regularly with clients to ensure their needs are met and contribute to a welcoming community atmosphere. The salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $60,000.
