Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Opportunity
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team at St. Patrick's Home Rehabilitation and Health Care in the Bronx, NY.
Duties:
- Observing residents' conditions and reporting any health concerns to the supervising nurse
- Assisting with personal hygiene tasks such as bed baths, shaving, and grooming
- Preparing meal trays and documenting food and fluid intake
- Feeding residents and serving nutritional supplements
- Maintaining a clean and tidy environment, including making beds and keeping residents' spaces organized
- Transporting residents within the facility
- Preventing bedsores by regularly turning bedridden residents
- Maintaining confidentiality of resident and facility information
Requirements:
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Successful completion of a CNA training program
- Current certification as a CNA in the state of New York
- Good standing with the New York State Registry
