Job Summary
As a Principal, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and educational performance of the school. You will provide leadership, direction, and supervision to ensure the school meets its academic goals and maintains a positive learning environment.
Duties
- Lead and manage the school's staff, including teachers and administrative personnel
- Develop and implement educational programs that align with curriculum standards
- Supervise classroom activities to ensure effective teaching practices
- Engage in strategic planning to enhance the school's academic performance
- Conduct fundraising activities to support school programs and initiatives
- Oversee day-to-day operations and address any issues that arise
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Experience
- Previous experience in an educational leadership role preferred
- Strong public speaking skills to effectively communicate with staff, students, and parents
- Demonstrated ability to lead, educate, and inspire others
- Proficiency in strategic planning and decision-making
- Experience in budgeting and financial management within an educational setting
- Ability to supervise and mentor staff members effectively
Preferred candidates should be Catholic with a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education. Administrative experience as a Principal and/or Vice Principal is preferred in Candidates but is not required to apply for this position. Commensurate experience or credentials may be accepted for teaching, Catholic education, and/or administration.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
