What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Support Associate - 3rd Shift position at St. Paul Beverage Solutions?
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
. Input production data into spreadsheets, databases, and/or systems
. Maintain production reports, files, and other documents
. Assist in the preparation of reports on volume of production, quality control, product yields, and other aspects of production
. Organize daily paperwork such as palletizer reports, downtime sheets, operator logs, and put-up sheets
. Compile necessary data from paperwork and produce daily production reports
. Inspect data for discrepancies and notify supervisor
. Write and send out production recap emails to appropriate managers and supervisors
. Provide support to or back up roles in quality support, inventory, accounting, etc.
. Help to maintain accurate reconciliation of finished product inventories
. Prepare and compile necessary information for requested audits
. Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues
. Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all company regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements

Requirements:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
. High school diploma or equivalent
. 0 to 1 year of operations, administrative, or related experience
. Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
. Able to use company computer systems
. Able to operate office machines including a calculator, scanner, copy machine, facsimile
. Able to work with accuracy and detail oriented
. Able to follow directions and meet deadlines
. Able to complete basic arithmetic, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, including decimals and fractions
. Must be able to read, write and speak Englis
