* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care
Requirements
* Associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
* Current licensure as a licensed practical nurse (LPN) or registered nurse (RN)
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work independently and make sound judgments
