Licensed for 105 skilled beds, St. Paul Home provides specialized care in short-term rehabilitation, memory care, and long-term care. As the Director of Nursing, you will oversee the day-to-day clinical operations and strategic direction of the nursing department. You will work closely with the Administrator, Nurse Managers, and other department leaders to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, while driving best practices and upholding high standards of person-centered care.

Qualifications:
- Current RN License (Wisconsin)
- Minimum 5 years of skilled nursing experience preferred
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in long-term care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and adaptability
- Willingness to be flexible with schedule and on-call responsibilities
- A leader committed to culture change initiatives
- Experience in mentoring and educating other clinical professionals
