What are the responsibilities and job description for the PCA/Caregiver position at St. Paul Elder Services, Inc?

We are currently seeking Personal Care Assistants for St. Paul Villa (assisted living) and St. Paul Manor (CBRF for memory care).
CNA certification is not required, although candidates must be at least 18 years of age. Prior caregiver experience is preferred, but not required. The qualified candidate will be caring, compassionate and eager to learn and interact with our residents. On the job training is provided. Every other weekend and every other holiday is required.
Current opening:
- PMs, Manor, 80 hours per pay period (every 2 weeks), 2p-10p (memory care), every other weekend and every other holiday required
56 hours and above biweekly are eligible for benefits. Option to waive benefits for an additional 15% in base pay after 90 days of employment. Base pay is based on experience, but starts at $15.75/hr up to $19.75/hr. PM shift offers an additional $2.00 per hour shift premium and $1.00 shift premium for overnight shift.
