Are you looking for dynamic and interesting work to bring a community together and help people achieve homeownership?
Our tight-knit team is seeking an enthusiastic and professional marketing and community development coordinator to create and lead community activities and help with marketing homeownership programs. In the last 7 years at Hillcrest Estates and Villa Diann, we have helped around 150 families get on the path of homeownership. We are looking to expand our effort by creating activities and facilities for our residents.

Here are the responsibilities.
- Community Development
- Create and coordinate community activities such as movie nights, holiday activities
- Engage with the residents. Handle feedback
- Assist in creating and managing community facilities and improvement projects
- Marketing
- Take video and photos of homes, communities, and activities
- Post home ads on internet including social media
- Write relevant articles and ads
- Handle social media accounts
- Respond to inquiries on social media, email and phone
- Administration & Property Management
- Pass out notices
- Write newsletters and notices
