St. Paul's Child Care Ministry is an outreach of St. Paul's County Line Church. We are a non denomination church that teaches straight from God's word. We carry those principles into our child care where we provide a Christ-centered environment that nurtures children in their spiritual development. The Infant Teacher is responsible for working under the guidance of the Assistant Director and Director. The teacher will manage day-to-day tasks and care of the children. While maintaining a safe and stimulating classroom environment. The teacher must be skilled in communicating with children and adults to meet the needs of the children.

Duties
- Implement educational curriculum and classroom activities.
- Support children's emotional and social development.
- Observe, monitor, and keep records of individual children's activities.
- Engage with children and activities at hand.
- Manage day-to-day activities including but not limited to: diapering, feeding, cleaning, and potty training.
- Teach and manage the classroom.
- Communicate with children's parents or guardians about daily activities and progress.
- Ensure all ministry policies and state regulations are met.
Requirements
- Create a learning environment that meets the unique needs of infants
- Build trusting relationships with children and families
- Observe, plan and document for learning
- 1 year of experience in a child care setting.
- Pass a Criminal History Check.
- High energy.
- Strong oral and written communication skills; technology skills.
- Must be 21 years old or older
- Associate degree in Early childhood Education, CDA, or higher preferred but not necessary - we will train
- Experience working with young children in a professional environment
- Availability to work Monday-Friday
