Role Description
Full-time and part-time positions for P2-8th grade teachers and aids at St. Paul's Lutheran School, located in Glen Burnie, MD. The primary responsibilities include developing and implementing lesson plans and teaching students effectively. Teachers will be responsible for monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback, and engaging in meaningful communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Experience with Lesson Planning
- Skills in Middle School instruction and general Teaching practices for Middle School teachers
- Strong Communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to inspire and engage students
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification is preferred for K-8 teachers
- Experience in a Lutheran school environment is a plus
- Commitment to continuous professional development and learning
- All teachers will teach religion classes to students based on LCMS teachings
