St. Paul’s Lutheran Preschool
Lead Teacher candidates must possess a CDA, TCC, AA in ECE or BA/BS
Assistant Teacher candidates should have at least 6 months to a year of experience.
Must be able to pass a local and national background/fingerprint check
BASIC FUNCTION
- Provide a warm nurturing, loving, safe, and sanitary environment for each child.
- Implement an age-appropriate program for the children under the supervision of the director.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement a daily program that meets the emotional, physical, intellectual, and social needs of the group and individual children, and that is consistent with St. Paul’s educational philosophy.
- Interact with each child in a manner that supports self-esteem, encourages independence, and demonstrates respect for the child.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with the school staff.
- Comply with all rules and regulations of Bright From The Start.
- Willing to learn and increase professional knowledge through required training.
- Have current evidence of successful biennial training in Child/Infant CPR and triennial training in First Aid or be willing to obtain.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $12.50 per hour
