Position Summary: The Director of Rehabilitative Services at St. Paul’s PACE is responsible for leading and overseeing the overall operations of the Rehabilitative Services department, which includes both Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy services, as well as Speech Therapy Services at all St. Paul’s PACE centers. This leadership position ensures that the department is delivering high-quality, participant-centered care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams (IDT). The Director will provide strategic guidance and support to the Rehabilitative Services Lead – Supervisors, while directly overseeing program development, adherence to regulatory standards, and the implementation of best practices across the service areas. The Director is also responsible for fostering a collaborative, efficient, and compassionate environment where therapeutic services are provided in various settings, including Day Centers, PACE Centers, nursing homes, and in-home environments.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education/Certifications Required:
If licensed Physical Therapist, graduate of a PT curriculum accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association, the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association, and the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association.
If licensed Occupational Therapist, graduate of an OT curriculum accredited by the Committee on Allied Health Education and the Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American OT Association.
If licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, Speech-Language Pathologist credentialed from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Experience Required:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in rehabilitative services, with a strong background in team leadership and management.
Proven experience in program development, implementation, and oversight in a healthcare or rehabilitative service setting.
Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, healthcare laws, and best practices in rehabilitative services.
At least one-year experience as a PT, OT or ST working with geriatric populations.
Salary : $117,200 - $175,800
