We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician Specialist to join our team at St. Paul's Senior Services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to our senior clients.
About the Role:
- Provide primary medical management in collaboration with other healthcare providers.
- Perform initial and semi-annual assessments, and develop plans of care as needed.
- Evaluate participant physical complaints and provide appropriate treatment.
- Provide teaching and education to participants and their caregivers.
Requirements:
- Certification as a MD with the appropriate perspective authority.
- Current driver's license and proof of insurance.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working with the frail or elderly.
