We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that meets the developmental needs of preschool-aged children.
- Conduct daily classroom activities that promote learning through play, exploration, and hands-on experiences.
- Provide individualized attention to each child, ensuring their emotional and educational needs are met.
- Utilize early intervention techniques to support children with diverse learning needs.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement strategies to encourage good conduct.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss children's progress and address any concerns.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
Experience
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience working with children in a classroom setting is essential.
- Familiarity with toddler care practices and early intervention strategies is highly desirable.
- Experience in curriculum development tailored for preschool-aged children is an asset.
- Strong skills in behavior management techniques to foster a positive learning environment.
- A background in physical education or related activities that promote children's physical health is beneficial.
