Located in the heart of Clifton Park, Schuyler Ridge is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility offering sub-acute rehabilitation, long-term care, and memory care. Location: 1 Abele Boulevard, Clifton Park, NY 12065

Shift: Day Shift (7 am – 3 pm)

Employment: Part Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Thorough room cleanings, following all processes as designated by training policies to ensure all areas and surfaces are cleaned daily or as assigned in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for colleagues, residents, and visitors.
• Comply with infection control policies and procedures.
• Transport trash, linen, and supplies as needed.
• Document resident care activities in facility electronic medical record system.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team to provide excellent care and wellbeing to residents.
• Follow work assignments in completing and performing assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Previous experience in environmental services.
• A passion for caring for residents in a respectful, caring, and professional manner.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
