Job Description : Interventional radiology technologist, skilled in invasive procedures, sterile technique, and medical imaging guided biopsy work. Strong interpersonal team skills. Experience with Phillips interventional rooms and EPIC electronic medical records a plus.

Additional Details
Proof of vaccine Sept 2024 booster, declination or exemption (with agency letterhead). Declination not accepted for CA or IL.
Attached scanned proof of 2 vaccinations with dates or primary source IgG titer with lab print-out to candidate's record in Trinity VMS.
Must have 1st vaccination in series prior to start; 2nd shot in series 30 days later; 3rd shot in series 6 months later. Hep B titers will NOT be accepted. Proof of vaccination must be uploaded into Trinity VMS.
