Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Requirements :
Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Missouri.
Completed COVID-19 Vaccination or a willingness to recive vaccination.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Duties and Responsibilities for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) :
Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy. Provides basic medical care, including changing bandages, administering prescribed medication, and collecting specimens.
Monitors and reports changes in patient's condition to supervisor.
Collect, track, and maintain patient history; record any new data.
Take vitals, including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.
Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
Reports to the Director of Nursing.
Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
