RN Per Diem Labor and Delivery
Labor-Delivery
The RN Per Diem Labor and Delivery will:
- Be a positive contributor to our collaborative nursing team
- Utilize excellent assessment skills to determine the health status of assigned patients as outlined in the Nursing Standards
- Ensure all procedures are performed based on established Standards of Care
- Administer medications and parenteral therapies in accordance with policy
- Meticulously document all aspects of patient care
Requirements:
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey
- One (1) year of experience preferred
- BSN preferred
- BLS certification required, as approved by the American Heart Association
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Provider) certification Part I & II required
- ACLS certification obtained during clinical orientation
- National Fetal Monitor certification obtained during clinical orientation
- Special OB course completed during clinical orientation
