What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be the connective tissue between the Executive Office, the Board, our members, and the community. Your days will be filled with variety, impact, and opportunities to contribute to something meaningful.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and keeping things moving smoothly
- Preparing Board meeting agendas and packets with precision and professionalism
- Attending Board and committee meetings, taking clear, concise minutes
- Helping draft communications that reflect the voice and priorities of the Executive Office
- Supporting event logistics and special projects as they arise
- Acting as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Pitching in with marketing or content creation

Experience & Qualifications
- 2 years in an administrative, communications, or project coordination role
- Strong writing/editing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, and calendar management tools
- Experience working with executives or boards is a big plus
- Bonus: experience with email marketing platforms, social media, or Canva

Starting salary: $50,000 annually plus a great benefits package
