This is a full-time, on-site role for a Line Cook at the St. Petersburg Yacht Club in St. Petersburg, FL. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking menu items according to recipes, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Additional duties include collaborating with the kitchen staff, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards, and ensuring timely and accurate meal preparation.
- Proficiency in cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow recipes and prepare menu items accurately
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role
