Social Services Director Pay, Benefits and Perks :

Social Services Director Essential Functions :
Assure that social service / discharge planning activities are integrated and coordinated within the hospital system by effective communication at all levels
Develop specific, measurable, realistic plans and objectives, which enhance social service dail
Perform all aspects of resident care in an environment that optimizes resident safety and reduces the likelihood of medical / health care errors
Social Services Director Skills :
Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
Social Services Director Requirements :
Ability to read, write and speak the English language
