Description:
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Power School: Daily attendance, student and staff database, report cards, class list, family directory, Office of Catholic School Surveys
- FACTS Tuition: Annual input processing, review monthly billing and process incidental billing for Extended Day Care Program, tuition agreement assistance, monitor and communicate with families in arrears.
- Order books and supplies, transportation
- Collect, store and provide transfers of records both medical and academic
- Prepare and send out weekly school email notifications
- Oversee school calendar and other important reports and requirements including fire drill reports, gift acknowledgements, and school pictures, and prep for meetings.
- Arrange for mailings and other communications
- Submit School invoices and deposits to the Operations Director Other Communication: answering phones/voicemail/email/website
- Other responsibilities as needed by the Principal.
Requirements:
Cheerful, aligned to school mission and core values
Willing to take initiative, resourceful
Bilingual Spanish, Fluency required
Knowledge of the Google platform, Microsoft Word and Excel (Publisher and Powerpoint helpful)
Knowledge of Power School and FACTS tuition management program preferred
Previous experience as an Office Manager in a school setting is preferred.

This position has an hourly salary of $21.55. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on many factors including but not limited to: relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and organizational needs.
