Are you passionate about culinary excellence and caring for others? St. Teresa Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated Full Time Cook to join our Dietary Services team. Located in Manchester, NH, our 51-bed skilled nursing facility offers compassionate short and long-term care in a supportive environment tailored to meet residents' individual needs. Job Summary
As a Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that meals are prepared, cooked, and served with consideration for the dietary preferences and requirements of our residents. Prior food service experience is required, and ServSafe Certification is preferred. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, dependable, and demonstrates outstanding customer service, compassion, and patience.
Schedule: 11AM to 7PM with flexibility within these hours. Required to work every other weekend.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review menus prior to food preparation
- Process diet changes and new diets as directed by the nursing supervisor
- Prepare and serve meals that are palatable and visually appealing
- Ensure food preparation complies with sanitary regulations and facility policies
- Assist in organizing the food service production line to ensure timely meal preparation
- Maintain and file menus according to established policies

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior experience in food service is required; ServSafe Certification preferred
